Norfolk Housing Association utilizes a mixed-model approach in providing rental accommodations. Approximately half of the tenants under the Norfolk umbrella pay a rental amount geared to their gross monthly income. In order to support this subsidy, NHA also provides approximately half of the units at market levels.
Due to increased demand for subsidized units, Norfolk Housing’s wait list is closed and will no longer be accepting applications. Once we have housed applicants who are currently on our wait list, we will only accept applications for subsidized housing based on referrals from our partners.

Please note that there is no wait list for market units and viewings will be scheduled only when there is an available unit for rent.
